• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
• Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance.
• Handle custodial responsibilities for both commercial and residential spaces, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas consistently throughout the shift.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning operations to ensure a hazard-free environment for everyone.

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning practices.
• Skilled in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to achieve optimal results.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, extractors, and industrial cleaning tools safely and effectively.
