Join Our Team as a Janitorial Specialist! Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests? Sarospro General Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our cleaning, janitorial, and facility maintenance services in the Philadelphia area. Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards Train and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service to guests Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues promptly Required Skills: Experience in housekeeping management or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations Attention to detail and a focus on quality Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hotel operations and guest service Knowledge of restaurant management and food and beverage operations Proficiency in MICROS POS system Understanding of labor cost management and budgeting Certification in hospitality management or related field Salary and Benefits: Hourly Pay betweeen $13-$16.
